The washer handles small to x-large loads; and this is a great option for small or large families. It is also a quiet machine that does a great job of cleaning laundry. Very happy with my purchase. Rocky start

The 1st washer that was delivered was a lemon and the power start button wouldnt work. Best Buy was able to order and replace but 1 had to wait an additional 5 days. The new one is working like a charm.

Has preprogramed cycles , but they can be customized. The deep fill feature is a big plus with the option to add even more water with the extra deep fill. It also has a countdown display, which is a nice feature not found on many of the new washers. Our first purchase was the Maytag Pet Smart washer. That was a big mistake. This thing beats it hands down , just like our previous GE Profile that gave out after everyday use for over 10 yrs. If this is in your budget , don't hesitate, especially with Best Buy's return policy if your not satisfied. Oh did I mention that it does an excellent job of getting out tough stains that seam to be attracted to my clothes.

Doesn't fit like the measurements said. Goes off balance as much as any other washer. Yes, I know how to use one of these. I follow all instructions, and I've been using HE impeller washers for years now. But it's just as bad as my old one, so I guess I spent all this money when I could've kept using my old washer just the same. Wash one blanket at a time. I basically have to take ALL of my blankets to the laundromat now instead of just the heaviest. I miss my old washer :(

You may want to make sure the washer is level (the leveling legs can be adjusted if needed), as it may be louder than expected if it becomes unbalanced.
