As for the operation of it, it was ok. Thought I’d get more by buying American made. Returned it back it Best Buy.

Doesn't go off balance, holds more laundry, tells my phone when loads are done, gets cloths cleaner, and overall feels like a better machine. I still bought the extended warranty though.

It does not allow for individual selections. For example, if I wanted to do only a rinse and spin cycle. It does not have that option. It is programmable, but it doesn’t give you the freedom to program as he was an older washer model.

Best Top Load Washer

I love every feature this washer offers, especially the smart technology that allows me to start the washer remotely and time it to be finished shortly after arriving home from work to switch to dryer! It's quiet, holds a lot of items per wash, appealing to look at, and fun to watch.

Great replacement washer

It does a great job cleaning and is a pleasure to use. I bought it after my previous washer (another brand) died all of a sudden after only 5 years. That was a front loader and I really love the top loader better.

We ended up returning them within 2 days because they were so loud and leaving a lot to be desired for the price. We swapped them for Samsungs that are silent in comparison.
