I also like being able to control the size of the load. But, on the other hand, it is a bit noisy and does its job of cleaning the laundry.

I swear it sounds like a helicopter is getting ready to take off. Also, I ordered it online and didn’t know I needed to buy the install kit because the dryer didn’t have a plug included.

You can view the Owner's Manual by clicking the ‘From the Manufacturer’ tab and scrolling all the way down on the page. You will see a link that says Use and Care Manual.
If you are experiencing a sound not listed, service is advised. You can schedule an appointment with a Bodewell technician by calling 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393).

Company should wait to ask for reviews at least a mongh of usage for time to really use products thing do not always go wrong within first usage.

Loud, doesn't spin, and other small issues

Our last machine was a Samsung and everyone says how bad those are but, like, this is terrible. It is so loud when it's on! The spin is awful. Clothes came out of our Samsung nearly dry, while these are sopping. I hate that it turns on every time I lift the lid. I hate that the lid can be lifted and it puts itself on pause after it starts - not great with my "helpful" toddler. I just cannot stand this thing.

We are very impressed thus far. The washer performs well and the loads don't take a long time to wash. It seems very efficient with washing your clothes. The only downside is the noise when it spins. It just takes some getting used to.
