We are very impressed thus far. The washer performs well and the loads don't take a long time to wash. It seems very efficient with washing your clothes. The only downside is the noise when it spins. It just takes some getting used to.

Making sure the load size is right for the chosen cycle, the basket is loaded evenly and the washer itself is level may help cut down on noise. Make sure machine is completely level, or else it will bang. Took several tries but it is now perfectly level. It's pretty loud too but my laundry room is far away in my house so it doesn't effect me.

It's not loud at all compared to our old Maytag washer. The clothes always comes out clean and smelling amazing. Love that I can connect to the washer via the app, with notifications. Overall very happy with our purchase.

I knew going into Best Buy i wanted an agitator free machine. I was unsure of the size as its bigger than i wantedbut also knew i wanted the anti bacterial protection. So far, i have been very happy with my choice.
