Posted .If you find that your unit is noisy, please ensure the unit is properly leveled by checking the leveling legs. You can adjust all four leveling legs until the washer is level left-to-right and front-to-back.

Could use some insulation to muffle the sound. Also, it does not necessarily clean as well as our old agitator model washer. Hi tech washer and sleek looking. Would consider a quieter model next purchase.

Spoon cycle is quieter than I thought it would be. Impeller is an excellent choice. There is much more room for clothing and they don't get twisted up like they would around an agitator. Very happy with this purchase.

Home warranty replaced it. I’m trying it again LOL SMH

We have found that sometimes what causes the washer to go unbalanced is in the way it’s loaded. You will want to loosely add items around agitator or Infusor. Overloading may negatively impact wash performance. We are completely satisfied and pleased with this purchase. The purchase experience was a breeze and the delivery was seemless. We have no complaints! The set is connected to an app on our phone.
