Not worth the price

I was not impressed by it's performance. It's loud and because there's no agitator in the middle, it's always moving around during the spin cycle. I regret buying it. I have had it hooked up for a month and it already stopped working. It won't unlock or turn on. I tried to call Geek Squad at my local store but it just rang and rang so I'll just go there tomorrow.

It gets everything so clean and has a cycle for almost everything. The app was super easy to set up and I love getting alerts when my laundry is done. It's really helpful for someone like me who often forgets about the laundry. This is perfect for my growing family!

Delivery person ruined a very good shopping experience for me . If he could take one minute to turn on washer I would have been extremely happy with entire purchase

Damaged washer was super noisy, I thought it was from the dent. Replacement washer is also VERY loud and physically moves when it is spinning. Also doesn’t drain all of the water out and I have to run it through multiple spin cycles to get sheets dry.

Delivery drivers found a dent in the rear panel, they notified me and best buy gave me compensation for it. They didn't have to point it out, and I may not have noticed. Very satisfied.
