We have found that sometimes what causes the washer to go unbalanced is in the way it’s loaded. You will want to loosely add items around agitator or Infusor. Overloading may negatively impact wash performance. There are so many things wrong with it. It doesn't agitate the clothes well enough. My clothes never smell clean. I use more water and more soap than my old washer. And it is so loud! There is a power surge every time the the impeller changes directions. (My electrical panel is up to date). Please do not buy this washer!

Posted .We want to help you with your washer not agitating your clothes properly and their smell. We recommend making sure you are loading your items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. This will make sure that the unit stays in balance. You can find additional information on the article titled "Top Load Washer - Wet Clothes Concerns" on the GE Appliances website.
To help with your clothing smell, we recommend using High Efficiency detergents such as Tide PODS™ and liquid detergents while following the instructions labeled on the packaging. High Efficiency detergents are formulated to work with low water wash and rinse systems.

Love all of the options and that the lid doesn’t lock immediately so I can add with ease. The dryer gets everything dry with one cycle.

Posted .If you find that your unit is noisy, please ensure the unit is properly leveled by checking the leveling legs. You can adjust all four leveling legs until the washer is level left-to-right and front-to-back.

Damaged washer was super noisy, I thought it was from the dent. Replacement washer is also VERY loud and physically moves when it is spinning. Also doesn’t drain all of the water out and I have to run it through multiple spin cycles to get sheets dry.

Delivery person ruined a very good shopping experience for me . If he could take one minute to turn on washer I would have been extremely happy with entire purchase
