Delivery drivers found a dent in the rear panel, they notified me and best buy gave me compensation for it. They didn't have to point it out, and I may not have noticed. Very satisfied.

Deep Fill-Max Spin

I am not sure if this is normal for this appliance or if I was delivered a bad unit, but it is much much louder than the 11 year old appliance it replaced. I would not buy again.

Regarding the noise, you may want to make sure the load size is appropriate for the cycle you’ve chosen, the basket is loaded evenly and the washer itself is level; an uneven load or the washer itself being uneven may cause additional vibration and add to the noise level. If it might be helpful, there’s a description of noises the washer may make on page 24 of the manual, which you can view on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page. It allow you to download an app from where you can control it. You can only fill it with close half way or it will not wash it well.

Noisier than our last washer but it states so in instructions manual has more bells than our last one did so makes it a bit of fun to experiment with it

He showed us all the washers and told us about each one, all the bells and whistles. Then, he ask if we were interested in knowing more information about any. He was the best with no pressure. Sorry i cant remember his name.

Best Buy had the best sale on it. it is large for quilts. I researched many. I picked this because of the microban technology. I really did not want the wifi but no option without it
