This thing spins like a crazy and cut down the time the dryer needs to run. Very happy so far. Down side, I had to wait 10 days for delivery.

The washer is very loud, and it would release small volumes of water throughout the day while the washer was idle/inactive. I don't know if every customer experiences a similar issue. It does have neat features, and it does look aesthetically pleasing, but I was not satisfied with my overall purchase unfortunately.

Please check out page 24 in your use and care manual, as it describes different common sounds. Also, view the article on our website called "Top load washer - normal sounds".
