There are so many things wrong with it. It doesn't agitate the clothes well enough. My clothes never smell clean. I use more water and more soap than my old washer. And it is so loud! There is a power surge every time the the impeller changes directions. (My electrical panel is up to date). Please do not buy this washer!

We recommend making sure you are loading your items evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket, filling in towards the center on larger loads. This will make sure that the unit stays in balance. You can find additional information on the article titled "Top Load Washer - Wet Clothes Concerns" on the GE Appliances website.

Seems solidly built with just enough tech upgrades like wifi to get notice a load is done. It surprisingly makes doing laundry much more efficient doing it throughout the day.
