But otherwise it's a nice machine.

Posted .Hello- We appreciate your purchase and hope the more you use your new washer the more you will like it. This is a really nice model. The machine will automatically drain any time the lid is left open for more than 15 minutes and water is present. If the washer is in a paused state with the lid closed for more than 24 hours and water is present the washer will come on and drain the water. We hope this is helpful. Posted .With all washers, some shaking or noise is normal. However, it is important to level your washer as it prevents the washer from excessive vibration when in use. When leveling a washer, make sure to level both front to back and side to side by adjusting the four leveling legs. Also note that the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation.

Within one week of purchase we needed a service call because the washer won't stop filling. Someone came out and did something with his computer and it was ok. Now today, having the same problem again. Will be contacting someone for another service call.

Posted .Thank you for sharing your concerns. Your new washer may make sounds that are new to you. We have included descriptions of these sounds on Page 28 of the Owner's Manual. Some of these sounds can be lessened by adjusting the level legs. We recommend checking to be sure your washer is level. Page 25, Step 7 of the same manual offers directions to check to ensure the unit is level and how to adjust the legs if needed. The online manual is available by clicking on the Features tab and scrolling down to the clickable link at the bottom. If you continue to have concerns, please call Bodewell Service at 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) to schedule a service appointment to have your washer checked.
