Hate the smartwash does not fill enough to wet clo

I love the size of it, but I do not like the new smart wash technology it does not fill the water over the clothes! I have to set it on bulky and deep fill for it to get all of the clothes wet! What’s the purpose in having all the other cycles if it won’t even fill to the top of your clothes whether you’re doing a small load or a large load you get the same amount of water unless you put deep fill every time and bulky! Deep fillers for the rinse cycle and bulky is for the wash cycle! I would not buy this again! I however do like the max spin the clothes come out almost dry before you even put them in the dryer! Also, the washer is extremely noisy compared to my last Samsung set!

Posted .This washer is a high-efficiency washing machine with a system that requires less water while providing effective cleaning action. You may notice that the water level is lower than on your previous washer. This is normal. Your new washer may sound different from your prior unit because of the newer technology. Clicks, flowing water, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. Maybe a bit noisy but you’ll get used to.

I don't like the pull-out tray for softener and detergent because it's too close to the lid and makes a mess when filling. The wifi is handy and lets you know when your washer is done so it doesn't sit by accident.

Takes some getting used to with reduced water levels but think of the water and energy savings you will realize. Works well and quiet in operation. Best Buy had the best price and friendly no-pressure sales rep!
