We hate to hear you have concerns with the washer's noise, and had to replace the drain pump. If it might be helpful, we have information about what sounds the unit may make on page 24 of the manual; if you'd like to view that, you can do so on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page. We would like to provide some guidance with the fill feature on your unit. This model does have the ability to use a feature called Deep Fill. The Deep Fill feature is for loads where extra water is desired. This feature is recommended for special case loads only, not for typical everyday use. More information about this can be found in the manual (page 14) on the website for review. Regarding the agitator noise level, If you feel your washer is too loud or is making an unusual sound, please review the manual on page 28 to review the normal sounds your unit should make. If you find that this is not what you are hearing or that your unit is not filling properly after reviewing troubleshooting then please reach out to our Bodwell service team for an appointment at 833-426-3393 Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET Saturday – Sunday: Closed.

It is important to level your washer as it prevents the washer from excessive vibration when in use. When leveling a washer, make sure to level both front to back and side to side by adjusting the four leveling legs. Also note that the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. -- Unbalanced loads can cause the washer to vibrate more. Pause the unit, open the door, and manually redistribute the load. To check the machine, run a rinse and spin cycle with no load. If the washer's level of vibration is normal, the unbalance was caused by the wash load. -- For ways to resolve the wet clothes concern, see the “Clothes too wet” troubleshooting section on page 28 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website. That helps show in details how and when you use certain cycle selections on your unit. There is also some troubleshooting information in the manual if you need that as well.
