    This is the worst washer I’ve ever owned in my life! I would not recommend it to anyone! If I could, I would return it!

    DO NOT Buy: delivered 9/1/22, did 2 loads of laundry and it died, still has not been fixed as of 9/26/22, going to laundry mat to do laundry at $5 a machine

    Washer broke before year - now can't get it fixed

    Had this for approximately 10 months, and the board on the washer has gone out. Currently on backorder, and won't get it fixed for another month at least.

    Loud!!

    Nice big washer but its very loud. I had a older version of tge ge profile and it was so quiet. I went with ge because it was a good set for 20 years. I went with ne ge set cause my washer finally died and i kind of regret it. Its loud. Washer and dryer are on top floor i can hear it from basement.

New washers may sound different from your prior washer. You will hear clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle.     The washer works great. Very quiet and efficiently cleaning as it should. However it had a nice dent in it upon opening the box. The kid loading it, told me to just pound it out. I said sell me one without damage. I wasn't too happy.

    PTW600 washing machine

    I purchased the GE Profile PTW600 06/5/2024 . I have many GE products and have always been very happy with all items but this washing machine is worthless and I hate it. I would never recommend that anyone purchase it. It never has enough water and tangles my clothes beyond recognition. All my permanent press clothing are now PERMANENTLY wrinkled. My husband's shirts were so tangled I had to cut off some sleeves to untangle them. Bleach dispenses unevenly causing white /faded spots in clothing. I have tried everything recommended in the user's guide but nothing has helped. I want to exchange the washer.

    I am on my 5th repair after buying this 16months ago. Two control boards replacement, one water controller replacement,1 locking mechanism replacement and I know I'm getting lid not closed error. Good thing I purchsed the extensive warranty or it would be at the dump where it belongs. Speenqueen here I come!
