On the second day that I had it, it became unbalanced and I suspect that this is why it had been returned. I planned on returning it also but couldn't get it back to the store. Now I use it and constantly worry that it will get unbalanced as this is one of the problems that the machine is reported to have.

It is awful. It is never balanced and takes constant readjustment of the clothes and it makes horribly loud sound when it locks making late night laundry with kids nearly impossible.

Posted .We understand your concern about the balancing issue and the sound you're hearing. For help with the balancing issue, please allow cycle to continue and finish. If load is wet at the end of the cycle, even out load and run a Drain & Spin cycle. Newer refrigerators sound different from older models. Modern refrigerators have more features and use newer technology which produces more noise. We would like for you to review the "Sounds" section on pg, 24 of the Owner's Manual for a description of the sounds that are considered normal.
