This washer gets out of balance on nearly every single load. It jumps all over the place, and looks like it's going to break the water line connections. Super disappointed to have purchased the "best washer Best Buy offers" per the salesman, only to realize we severely downgraded. Worst money I've ever spent.

The first one delivered was dented and shook and bang in the soin cycle. The second one leaked all over the floor. The third one the valve wouldnt close to cut off the water. GE use to be a good brand but now they are the bott of the barrel.

Delivery team did not install the steam kit that was purchased with the washer and dryer. Washing normal loads of clothes for a two person household, trying to use the normal controls suggested by the washer- booklet says to place any oxo products on top of clothes, which I did-water level didn’t even come up to top of clothing so how is it supposed to dissolve the oxo product? Tried to use deep fill on normal cycle only to find out it is disabled for normal cycle. Washing drum was less than half full of clothing. Onto load two, washing drum was about two thirds full and this time I knew to use whites, change the temp, etc to be able to use deep fill, again, water level did not come up far enough to dissolve the oxi product. Had to stand there for a while and keep pressing deep fill to get enough water. This is a waste of my time and my money. I’m sorry I bought this washer!

Posted .We're sorry to hear that your washer hasn't quite met your expectations. The DOE sets standards for water usage; over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. If you'd like you can view more on loading this model on page 13 of the Use and Care manual. Doesn't get stains out

At the end of my old washer's life, it was still cleaning better than this one. No matter what settings I try, most stains will not come out. Even simple things like deodorant marks remain after washing. Sometimes the pre-treater will still be visible and the item needs to be washed again just to get the detergent out. Also makes several loud noises that are just a normal part of the operation. Tons of settings if you use the app, but still doesn't make up for not getting my clothes clean. Doesn't save water or electricity when you need to wash the same thing 2 or 3 times. Also liquid bleach dispenser is not really a dispenser. More like a plastic funnel. The problem is no water rinses it out and bleach residue remains. It's located towards the front of the washer so clothes can touch it and get bleached. Learned not to use it the hard way. Definitely do not recommend this washer.

Please take a moment to review the "Sounds" section on pg. 24 of the Owner's Manual. Posted .We appreciate you writing a review. Our top load washer is energy star rated. If you would like more water in the tub, use the Deep Fill option. To do so, press and release the Deep Fill button once before starting the cycle to add 3 addition gallons of water to the wash load or hold the Deep Fill button for 3 seconds to provide the deepest fill level possible. Please note that this will increase cycle time due to the additional time it takes to fill the washer. Washing times vary and are based on the cycle selected, options used, and load size.
