I don't even know where to start. We purchased our GE Profile Washer and Dryer in the end of July 2025, somehow there was some confusion and a stacking kit was not included even though we clearly stated that we needed one so we needed to order a stacking kit and have them come back out and stack our appliances. We were on vacation at the time so our son signed for the men to come in and stack them and I cannot even describe the damage that was caused to our appliances. They are no longer in working condition and here we are almost mid-Sept and we are still waiting to have the damages assessed by the company that was not only done to our home but the non-working washer and dryer that I just got a bill for!!! We have been given the complete runaround by everyone and can't get the right people to call us back and all anyone ever says is once you new appliances are delivered we will give you a gift card. Are you kidding me??? I absolutely will never ever buy from Best Buy ever again . This has been a complete nightmare.

This is the second washer in this series that we have purchased. We literally worked the last one until it couldn’t be repaired again. It is very durable and gets the clothes very clean.

Overall it washes great, but it is a little loud when it gets to the spin cycle at the end.

Great washer, extra water option is fantastic for large loads.

Love this washer! The smart dispense feature is great!

The washer and dryer is loud when the drum is rotating. I am assuming it is loud due to it being industrial strength. Love them though.

My wife really enjoys washing with this washer. She loves how it practically dries the clothes prior to placing them in the dryer

The machine has been great, no issues and after managing for a year with an old, leaking washer, has been such a welcome change.

Another repeat value product... but the earlier one had circuit board problem... so had to replace with this one..

Unit was purchased and installed and had an intermittent water leak. Best Buy was quick to replace it with a new one, but that one has the same issue. This one will also be replaced but there is no urgency by Best Buy to deliver and install any sooner than their usual schedule.

Purchased this washer to replace the one I owned for 15 years. My wife likes the easy to use control panel. The GE Profile is a great product. Would recommend this washer to my friends.

and we agreed that I should stay home and wait for this delivery. We had so many issues that we wanted to be done with it. They showed up and made the quick decision they couldn’t install. They took my fridge, washer, and Dryer with them and left. They scheduled another appointment and then canceled. Horrible experience

The Manager who assisted us with our transaction was extremely helpful as was Moheeb was also helped during the process.

I was excited for this washer after reading reviews but I must have gotten a dud that GE won’t do anything to fix. When the unit fills with water it sounds like a gun shot in the house when the valve snaps shut with such a loud banging noise. It’s so aggressive that the hosing snaps back against the wall and causes scratches on the wall paint. The tech said that’s just the design of the washer (which makes no sense). I had plumbers come out, cut into my dry wall, and replace hammer arrestors just in hopes of adding any support, and it did nothing. This washer is a nightmare of a nuisance. I’ve been begging every tech/contact that I connect with to replace or repair this with no luck so far. Side note - I got Best Buy extended care warranty through geek and they would not work on it without GE’s approval, so I wasted even more money on the “peace of mind” purchase through Best Buy which was recommended by them in the store. It’s unfortunate, because the dryer is a dream.
