Not sure if it is a defective machine, Geek Squad coming out tomorrow to look at it. I may exchange it, we'll see. If i do i may go with the lg, and get the stackable dryer. I'll keep you posted with an update!

Posted .Your new washer may sound different from your prior unit because of the newer technology. Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. If you believe the noise is abnormal, we recommend you review the section titled: "Loud or unusual noise; vibration or shaking" on pg. 32 of the Owner's Manual. If you have any questions after your service appointment, please PM/DM us on Facebook/Instagram/X with a copy of your review, any case numbers you may have, and the model/serial numbers of your washer so we can assist further.

The only downside is when you turn it on it always says low tank. When the water fills up it is very noisy.

Posted .Tank Low will display when the SmartDispense tank needs to be re-filled. Typically, this first lights up when there are approximately 8 - 10 loads of detergent remaining. If the tank is full and continues to display "Tank Low", we recommend calling Bodewell, our authorized service team directly at 1-833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET to have your washer evaluated and repaired as needed.
Silent and powerful machine

The dryer was delivered separately on December 19. However, the dryer arrived with a broken door that is unable to close. The delivery drivers contacted Best Buy and a new door or new machine has been ordered. It has been over a week and I haven't heard back from Best Buy when I will receive a working dryer. I am NOT happy.

Biggest Dissapointment

Tech came out and couldn't fix it. Replacement washer came out and had the same issue on the same day of delivery.

A slow spin speed will eliminate less water than a fast spin speed. Another reason for this is oversudsing from too much detergent. This will slow down the final spin cycle, causing a suds lock.
