Posted .We're glad you reached out. Pressing the Start pad again early in the wash cycle will pause the cycle so you can add or remove a garment as needed. It will take a few seconds for the door to unlock after pressing Start/Pause. After adding or removing garments, press again to restart the wash cycle. If the washer is paused and the cycle is not restarted within 15 minutes, the current wash cycle will be cancelled. -Vikki@GEAppliances

I no longer has to keep the door open to avoid water from staying and bacterial/smell forming. Size is also fantastic and they look great is our laundry room.

Large capacity and has lots of wash options. Install was easy, but would have liked the wrench that is required to help level the unit. Other than that frustration, no complaints.

In process of home build, shopped all outlets for quotes on our selected package, BestBuy gave us the best deal and made the purchase experience very easy.

This system is a game changer. Also love the ability to add laundry detergent for multiple uses and the Wi-Fi features.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 1st GE Profile Washer they Brought DID NOT WORK,,, it would not spin the water out of the clothes,, so they offered to bring us another one, which they did, and so far the new one they brought has been doing ok but it is too early to give it any ratings as we have only used it a few times... online on reviews l see this model has had some issues l hope this one last awhile before l would have any problems and if you do, look to Youtube on what might be wrong and you might be able to just order the parts online an change them yourself which would save you money,, youtube rules.
