Washing and drying with ease

Really needed to upgrade my washer and dryer. Was hesitant to go to front loaders but was old on the fact that this has a special feature to avoid the smell. With the auto release detergent option, I no longer make a mess pouring soap. Love this set

This machine handled everything like cake. large capacity, auto dispense, ultra fresh vent, gorgeous looks and very quiet. Exactly what I was looking for. Replaced my LG set after 13 years of serviced. Respect to the outgoing LG but this one is the perfect fit for the family. I just hope it last for a very long time. Good Job GE!

It has too many features.Lol. Its Great except for door hinge is out of alignment and i don't see a way to adjust. I will have to call in on this issue,

I bought it due to its rating on consumer reports. The automatic venting function keeps the machine from getting mold inside. There is also an automatic detergent dispenser. Awesome buy on sale Labor Day.

Would recommend for anyone that has a family.

As far as the odor shield, it doesnt stop smell entirely from occuring, but the self-clean function works very well

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had high hopes for this washer since my LG only lasted 3 years but everything about this washer sucks!!! The only good thing about it is that I paid $899 for it. It shakes, moves and is super loud. I had only 14 days to complain and now I’m stuck with it and very nervous something is going to happen either a total breakdown or it starts to leak badly. I wish I had known not to purchase the matching pedestal because I feel that might be the root of the problem and possibly the washer too. The installation also sucked and I feel like an idiot having gotten rid of the first washer and now the replacement is just as bad. The second installers suggested that it could be from the pedestal but by the time I complained to Best Buy, the 14 day warranty expired even though I did buy a warranty, Best Buy will not have another repair service to come and get rid of the pedestal to see if that genuinely is the problem. I will not purchase any appliances at Best Buy again!! I will only buy appliances at Home Depot instead.

The loads are efficient. Need to download my cycles as too many settings move to warm or hot water when it is not needed
