Make doing laundry very efficient. It is such a joy to start the laundry, get messages during the process, and then message about finished cycle. Excellent product.

Reviews show this machine as one of the top products. Big disappointment. Impossible to get hot water with whites. When you want the machine to heat your water its a two hour time frame to wash. No spin only cycle. Half the time fabric softener drains into wash instead when it should released. 4 months into ownership. Previously had whirlpool duet for 18 years, great machine. Had to install dual water valve to ensure hot water went into machine when hot water was called for. When you first turn the machine on the machine will spin with no water for 10 to min before it calls for water. Buyer beware! Thanks

Posted .We recommend checking out the “Water temperature is incorrect” troubleshooting section on page 34 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab of the Best Buy product page. The “Improper dispensing of softener or bleach” section on page 34 will also be helpful. If the issues continue, we recommend scheduling service online by visiting the GE Appliances website or by calling 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) M-F 8AM-8PM ET, Sat-Sun: Closed.

It has several features I wasn't looking fir but I like them. 1. If laundry sanitizer is used, the machine hss a soaking option. 2. When done washing for the day, there's a cycle to dry the inside of the machine so the door doesn't have to be open. 3. It's possible to clean the filter from the front of the machine. We have a very shedd prone dog and my last machine required a service person to clean the filter. I'll update this if there are any issues within the next few years. (My Maytag lasted a whopping 6 years and it would have cost $600 to fix the electronics!!!)

Posted .We like the automatic dispenser features as well. It will help save on detergent and water as it will use the correct amount of detergent for your load size. You won't need to re-rinse the load due to residual detergent left on your clothes.

Just be careful if you have it installed. I had to level the washer myself after it was left leaning forward and not draining properly after it was installed.

I have always had a front loader, but it has gotten lots of mildew on the front liner. This washing machine has a special setting that you use after you do your wash that removes all the extra moisture. BONUS! The only thing that I do not care for is the loudness of the machine.

Uses efficient amount of soap and one fill lasts over 30 washes. Really rings out the water, so much so it only took half the amount of time to fry my comforter than my previous washer.

I'm getting laundry done much faster and the app lets me know when anythimg happens so i dont have to keep checking or rely on the beeping noise!

It is easy to use and the clothes are clean in a reasonable time. When the dryer is stacked on top, it is easy to get the clothes in and of the dryer. We love it!
