I love that with the app, I don’t have to keep checking to see if the clothes are finished. The different cycles of this washing machine is AWESOME. You need steam? Poof, it’s there.

Very user friendly and cleans our clothing well. Still learning some of the minor features we don’t really use yet, but even those are interesting.

Quality product, automatically drains the water by the door so no more leaving it open to avoid mold and it's a nice color.

In process of home build, shopped all outlets for quotes on our selected package, BestBuy gave us the best deal and made the purchase experience very easy.

Worse, the washer sometimes skips the final spin entirely, leaving soaking laundry and forcing a repeat Drain & Spin. Build quality feels cheap for the price. I regret this purchase.

Regarding the incomplete cycle there is some helpful information in the manual on page 32 under "Incomplete cycle or timer not advancing" for you to try to resolve this issue. Posted .We like the automatic dispenser features as well. It will help save on detergent and water as it will use the correct amount of detergent for your load size. You won't need to re-rinse the load due to residual detergent left on your clothes.
