The only downside is when you turn it on it always says low tank. When the water fills up it is very noisy.

Posted .Tank Low will display when the SmartDispense tank needs to be re-filled. Typically, this first lights up when there are approximately 8 - 10 loads of detergent remaining. If the tank is full and continues to display "Tank Low", we recommend calling Bodewell, our authorized service team directly at 1-833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET to have your washer evaluated and repaired as needed.

Flipping Door Hinges Added Fee

Then Best Buy is charging to flip the hinges on the washer. I pay to be a Total Best Buy member and I get a fee because the person that delivered the washer could not flip the hinges. Horrible experience overall

Not sure if it is a defective machine, Geek Squad coming out tomorrow to look at it. I may exchange it, we'll see. If i do i may go with the lg, and get the stackable dryer. Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. If you believe the noise is abnormal, we recommend you review the section titled: "Loud or unusual noise; vibration or shaking" on pg. 32 of the Owner's Manual.
