    Washes great but even after drying out seals & letting it air out with door open, it had nasty mildew smell. Returned item after this continued for almost two weeks. Thought I had something rotten in trash … not. It was the front load washer!

    Bought this top rated machine to replace old machine. Salesman set up a notification in case price dropped for a refund of difference. But when it did and I requested it they denied saying I already got the discount? Delivery was messed up and machine did not work and had to send another new one. The second finally worked. Very disappointing experience we feel like we were taken by Best Buy! I recommend the machine but strongly encourage you buying elsewhere from a reputable dealer!
