    Bought this top rated machine to replace old machine. Salesman set up a notification in case price dropped for a refund of difference. But when it did and I requested it they denied saying I already got the discount? Delivery was messed up and machine did not work and had to send another new one. The second finally worked. Very disappointing experience we feel like we were taken by Best Buy! I recommend the machine but strongly encourage you buying elsewhere from a reputable dealer!

    Horrible all around, installed and did not work. Called many times to resolve. Told they would come to fix and never showed, cancelling the appointment 5 minutes before anticipated arrival. Called back and told it would be another week. Having a washing machine that never worked and having zero support is terrible. Also dented the dryer when installing.
