We recently had to buy a new washer because ours broke down and this one has done a great job. It’s definitely an upgrade from our previous washer and has great functions. Overall we are very happy with this washer and I would highly recommend as it washes big loads of clothing or bedding great.

So, I have to say that this unit was a replacement for a model that I purchased two years ago. Due to the constant power surges in my neighborhood, unfortunately, the unit was fried. What a great opportunity for me to repurchase the near-exact model I had and color-match it with my dryer. This unit is amazing. Supper efficient. Cleans well. My water usage and electricity bill have both decreased with this unit. The smart features are great. I highly recommend this unit.

Really like the basket-like lint catcher, works well. Otherwise, dryer works as expected, good size, good price. Just have to see how long it will last. Can't seem to get them to last more than 5-6 years in my house.

I love how smart this washer is! First time having a washer that steams after it rinses water. Very smart and eco-friendly! Also has an option to use just the right amount of laundry detergent every wash. Saves money and still turns out clean! I wish it had a silver option.

Very happy with purchase! Keep in mind that I replaced an 18 year old washer- but this unit has all the bells and whistles that I need. One complaint- when I put in a small load (like one hoodie), it tends to get caught up in and endless rinse and spin cycle and never fully spins all of the water out- the hoodie is still saturated. Only solution I have come upon is to add more to the load. Knowing that and planning my washer loads helps solve that issue. Other than that hiccup- the spin cycle is so good I almost don’t have to dry my clothes

Love love love. Best washer and dryer EVER! Make doing laundry very efficient. It is such a joy to start the laundry, get messages during the process, and then message about finished cycle. Excellent product.

When i first got this machine I was using all the smart features, after a few weeks it wouldn't run, i would pick a cycle and nothing would ever happen. I called warranty, tech came out. Tech said there were no cycles stored on the motherboard/HD or whatever, like all the cycles got wiped out from the programming.... he had to order the part, after about a week the part arrived, tech came back and installed the part, no issues since, its been over a year now.... though, I have never updated it or used the SMART feature again.

Washer is easy to use and large capacity. If you order thru Best Buy go to store to order or do not Order. Customer service is very limited. There is no means to talk to anyone that can correct issues created by Best Buy online . My order got canceled after 2 weeks for no reason. I spent hours on phone with limited response. Best Buy does not allow there stores to have phone service to customers. My reorder was overbilled and they left off my 5 year warranty and installation and haul away. Very disappointed customer who have use Best Buy alot..

We got this washing machine as a replacement for another unit that had to be replaced under warranty. The tub is very large and it has some great settings. My wife loves the feature that you close the door after the wash is unloaded and there is a cycle to dry the drum. This helps not to have the mildew and stinky washer smell without needing to leave the door open all the time.

After a month, our 4 person family has had a major upgrade in both cleaning quality and larger loads getting cleaned. Under garments are clean, cottons are fluffy, and the preloaded detergent is a huge bonus. This also has an app that tells you when the detergent is getting low, but also when you're cycle is finishing or left behind. You can even connect from anywhere to start, stop, or refresh with another rinse!

Easy to use. Very efficient and large to accommodate big loads of laundry. I really like the sanitize feature it automatically dose after unloading and closing the door.

Machine is pretty much just what all the reviews said about it. It’s also very heavy and the rounded shape of the front makes it very difficult to get a two wheeler dolly to lift from the front making final positioning difficult. Recommend getting the white, the dark mat-blue looks dingy and cheap paint.

Very good washer. It’s very silent, easy to use. All the controls are very good. I really like the ultra vent system. I m very happy with this product.

I love the available cleaning options; they're very efficient. Also, the Wi-Fi connection to the dryer and my app is a tremendous time saver. And I love the dark blue with chrome, it's very stunning - especially paired with the matching dryer

We purchased a GE front-load washer (model GFW850SPNRS) from Best Buy in January 2024 and had it installed a few days later. What we thought would be a simple appliance upgrade has turned into one of the most frustrating and emotionally exhausting experiences I’ve ever had with a retailer. Within just two months, I noticed the washer was making extremely loud noises during the spin cycle—something clearly wasn’t right. I contacted Geek Squad, and over the course of the next several months, they replaced several major components: first the inverter, then the main board. Despite all these repairs, the washer completely failed after about 13 months. Because the original model was discontinued, I was given a replacement unit: model PFW870SPVORS. I had to pay the price difference and purchase a brand new Geek Squad protection plan—on top of the original one I had already invested in. They also required me to purchase a new set of water hoses for installation, even though I was told I could return them if unused (which I did). The entire process was filled with unexpected costs and confusion. To make things worse, the replacement model doesn’t include the 1 Step Wash + Dry feature that the original machine had. Losing that feature, after everything I’ve gone through, just feels like one more disappointment. I don’t feel like I was given a true replacement for what I paid for originally. When the new washer was installed on April 4, 2025, I followed all instructions, ran an empty cycle as recommended, and then did my first actual load. The washer immediately began banging during the final spin cycle—it turns out the installer didn’t even level the legs properly. After everything I’ve already been through, this was incredibly disheartening. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone, waiting for service techs, explaining the same problems over and over. I feel completely helpless. No one takes ownership. It feels like I’m stuck in a cycle of poor installation, failed repairs, and bad communication. I’ve invested a lot—money, time, energy—and I’m still left with an appliance that doesn’t work as expected, and no resolution in sight. I’m sad, disappointed, and completely unsatisfied. I trusted Best Buy and Geek Squad to deliver quality products and reliable service, and I’ve been let down at every turn. I truly hope no one else has to go through what I have.

Great delivery service crew gets things done quickly very friendly, courteous punctual on time very informative on arrival time in & out smooth transaction. As fro my new washer couldn’t be happier great machine now all I need is the dryer to match

So far so good. I’ve owned it for a month and with a new puppy have used it quite a bit. It’s not the most quiet one but it does a great job with the laundry and I like the features. One drawback is there isn’t a spin only cycle. I love that the pedestal is taller and makes clothes in and out of the washer very easy. I would strongly suggest getting that too if you have back problems. I’ve had 2 Samsungs that did not last and were junk, hoping this one can put live them.

I was hesitant to buy a front-load washer, but after using it for about a month now, we are pleased so far. Clothes are clean, and the machine operates efficiently. I would recommend this product.

I love this washer! The clothes come out barely damp so they dry quicker. The ultra fresh vent system is amazing as well, and I love the convenience of the auto detergent.
