I absolutely love this washer! The wash cycles are fast but still do an excellent job getting everything clean. The auto-dispense detergent feature is a game changer, I don’t have to measure detergent every single load, and it always uses the right amount. It makes laundry feel effortless. It’s also impressively quiet. Even during the spin cycle, it runs smoothly without sounding like it’s about to take off. One of my favorite features is how it connects to the matching dryer. When the washer finishes, I just press start on the dryer and it automatically knows what cycle to use based on what the washer did. That level of smart integration is incredibly convenient. On top of all that, the Sapphire Blue color looks amazing, it feels high-end and modern. Highly recommend if you want performance, convenience, and a little bit of luxury in your laundry room.

FINALLY I found the perfect washer. We are a large family, and our washer/dryers are constantly in use. I actually got rid of a set even before it died on me because I hated using it so much. Little things matter user interfaces because the steps are so repetitive. Here's what I love about this machine and its matching dryer: 1) they are beautiful and make me happy when I look at them, 2) large capacity 3) The soap dispenser you only have to fill once in a while is actually THE BEST creative new feature I've seen in a long time, less mess, less heavy lifting of the soap container, less chance of using too much (which saves me money and time), etc 4) the auto venting feature is super cool and cuts down on the chance of mildew so you don't have to leave the door open 5) I love the dial - it's easy to set and see. I discovered I hate buttons on W/Ds because over time they become less responsive and you have to push harder. Then if it's a button used to scroll through a set of options, you press it wrong and it skips your choice and you end up having to scroll through the whole list again. So infuriating. This one has some buttons but just for customizing settings 6) your last setting is what pops up when you turn the machine on again - my last machine would just reset to default each time so I would have to manually customize each load by pressing all the annoying buttons all over again 7) the controls are easy to see - unfortunately I need glasses, don't always have them on me when trying to throw a quick load in and our laundry area is a little dark. There was no way to illuminate the controls on my last machine, though because I would've needed a headlamp based on the angle of the interface. AND finally (this is for the dryer) 7) I love the three steam settings - there's a sanitize steam setting I've used on some new clothes I bought that freshened them up and removed all wrinkles without harsh washing. It's like a mini dry cleaner! My husband's shirts (before covid) were like $3 each to wash and press at the dry cleaner's, but mine were like $15 because the presses aren't designed for women's shirts. This dryer saves me money because I don't need to go to the dry cleaner as often. There's a quick refresh, and large load remove wrinkles, and as I mentioned the long steam sanitize. I used it on curtains, bedding, even small rugs and it's great. I don't write reviews often, but the designers of these machines deserve to be celebrated.

The washer does an excellent job, so no complaints there and if all else was as desired, it would earn 5 stars. Two features I especially like are the automatic detergent dispensing and the venting. However, two items earned a downgrade. It is significantly noisier than our older Fridigiare Affinity washer. The water valves produce a loud "clunk" when they activate along with a "bang" from a water-hammer effect in the plumbing. It is also louder than our older washer when running. The second item is that this washer was made in China, not in the USA as I was led to believe from the sales person and when checking online. The GE site goes to great length bragging about having the large appliances American made: NOT TRUE, at least for this unit. The matching dryer is American made. GE Appliances is not part of the American company GE as the appliance part of GE is owned by a Chinese company named Haier. Another item to note is that these machines are very large, but that is something to be aware of when purchasing.

This GE washer has been a fantastic addition to my home. It washes clothes thoroughly and handles large loads without any trouble. The machine runs very quietly, and the spin cycle removes most of the water so drying takes less time. The control panel is easy to understand, and each setting works just as described. The washer also looks modern and solidly built. Overall, it is a dependable, energy efficient and high performing appliance that makes laundry simple and stress-free.

I spent a lot of time researching the best washing machines available today. After much shopping I settled on this GE product. This machine is everything it advertised itself to be. It gets clothes clean and is perfect for oversized loads. It’s used daily in my household. The best part is the quietness of operation. I Love the variability of spin cycle speeds.

I cant emphasize enough how much I love my new washer dryer set. Best ones I have ever had. They are extremely efficient and do a great job washing and drying everything, from clothes to heavy bedding. Installation was a smooth experience with great techs. I live in the mountains, and other stores have had trouble delivering to my area, but I have never had a problem with Best Buy making it to my house. Thanks for a great job!

This is my first time owning a front loader and so far its great. Very quiet and efficient. I love the App, which does keep me informed as to what cycle I selected and time remaining. It also prompts me when the cycle is completed. Overall, I am very happy with this product, clean and fresh-smelling clothes. The capacity is very large, no issues with items getting twisted or bunching up during the wash cycles. There are LOTS of options for wash cycles and water temperatures. So far, I am very happy with this machine.

Washer is easy to use and large capacity. If you order thru Best Buy go to store to order or do not Order. Customer service is very limited. There is no means to talk to anyone that can correct issues created by Best Buy online . My order got canceled after 2 weeks for no reason. I spent hours on phone with limited response. Best Buy does not allow there stores to have phone service to customers. My reorder was overbilled and they left off my 5 year warranty and installation and haul away. Very disappointed customer who have use Best Buy alot..

The 5.3 cu.ft. drum easily handles king-size comforters and huge loads with zero tangling. UltraFresh Vent System + Microban actually keeps it odor-free – no more musty smells even if I forget a load overnight. SmartHQ app is flawless: start cycles remotely, get end-of-cycle alerts, and the SmartDispense holds 50 oz of detergent and dispenses exactly what’s needed. Quietest machine in the house thanks to the inverter motor. Antimicrobial gasket and 1-Step Wash+Dry for small loads are game-changers. 12 cycles including Allergiene and TurboWash 39 get everything perfectly clean. Energy Star Most Efficient and uses way less water than my old top-loader. Worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Easy to use. Very efficient and large to accommodate big loads of laundry. I really like the sanitize feature it automatically dose after unloading and closing the door.

Nicest washer I have had. You will need the pedestal to save your back when loading and unloading. The wifi connection alerts my phone app when loads are done. The automatic HE detergent dispenser saves time and eliminates guessing. It is the biggest and best for my money.

I was hesitant to go GE brand based on past experiences and reviews online, but so far, so good. We almost returned these for Samsung, but I’m glad we didn’t. The clothes come out feeling cleaner. I love the automatic soap dispenser. The cycle options are great. The smart app works well to give me status updates.

Units work great but BUY THEM FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE! Spent about $2k on the GE Profile Washer Dryer Stack on 7/3 with a delivery/install date of 7/7. They showed up on 7/7 without the mounting kit and rescheduled the install/delivery for 7/12. They did not call or show up on 7/12, so I drove about 15mi to the Dewitt, NY store and rescheduled the install/delivery for 7/17. On 7/17 they again showed up without the mounting kit but left the washer & dryer units and said they would return by the end of the day with the mounting kit and install the units. They never showed up, so I had to drive back to the store, pick up the mounting kit and went home to install them myself. Complete incompetence all around and a huge waste of my time, avoid Best Buy for appliances at all costs if you value your time!

I have only had this for a short time but I love it so far. Large capacity, runs super quiet snd cleans really good.

My first set of washers and dryers that I ever purchased was GE and I bought that set about 2 decades ago. I had to move so I couldn’t bring them with me. Otherwise, I’m pretty sure they would still last. When I moved to another state, I bought an Electrolux set and for the first time I realized how good my previous GE set was. The Electrolux ones looked very nice and ran very quiet but it was horrible when it came to cleaning. I have always used Tide and it barely filled enough water to clean. My clothes came out of the washer didn’t smell fresh at all and stains were still on my clothes. It was horrible. I also tried washing my clothes at my aunt’s house and she had a Kenmore but it didn’t remove stains very well either ( I love Kenmore fridges and microwaves). Then I moved to another state again, I bought this set and I feel happy again. It is not perfect but it satisfies my needs. I feel like GE washers have a problem with the vibration that leads to leakage from the bottom. I always set it on low spin with bulky load and I have no problems with leakage . Also, it removes stains extremely well just like my first GE set even on larger load. It is not the most quiet washer but it cleans so well and that is the most important thing to me. I always leave the door opened after it is finished to air dry. I’m really grateful for GE washers.

I was warned but I read the positive reviews and thought spending more money would mean a better product. Now a year later, the REPLACEMENT washer stopped working. GE technicians to home x4 and still not fixed. GE solution: Buy another one from us. We will give you a discount. Photo of “fixed” washer. Indicator light does not align. I suspect it’s the wrong panel but I’m not the technician. When it worked, it was great. If you don’t mind spending $1k every year for your washer, this is the machine for you!
