I've had this machine for less than a week, and I'm already considering returning it. This machine is LOUD. My laundry room is on the 2nd floor, and when this thing is running, you can hear it throughout the house. There is some kind of motor that runs often during the cycles that are 10x louder than the Samsung I replaced. You can actually feel the vibration of the motor running on the floor on the opposite side of the house. When the spin portion of the cycle begins is when things really get interesting. The machine doesn't seem to be able to balance a load. I've only done a handful of loads ranging from 1/3rd full to completely stuffed. The machine did best with a fully stuffed load, but anything over medium spin would still cause objects to fall off the walls around the house. The Samsung this machine replaced would occasionally get out of balance, but never to the level of this machine. The problem can be somewhat helped by stopping the spin cycle and moving the load around, but that's a very inconvenient thing to do for every load, and even then, the imbalance is still severe compared to our previous machine and causes vibrations that are heard and felt through the home. I've never had a machine rattle the windows, but this one does it consistently. I went through the noise and vibration troubleshooting in the manual, but nothing fixed the issue. I think this may just be the way this particular machine operates. The load is very dry after the violent spin cycle, which lowers required time in the dryer, but it is almost unbearable to be in the house while the machine is running. We will likely be returning this machine and matching dryer, although the dryer seems to be fine. I don't think our house can handle the stresses of this machine.

Wow! I thought at first I was being ridiculous buying an expensive washer and dryer set, but I was wrong! I absolutely love this set. I am doing three times the laundry in a day that i used to do, and in a home of 5 that is life altering

Exceeded our expectations, several options to handle all clothing types

Have had this set for eight months now. Overall happy with its functionality and operation. The ultra fresh vent feature of the washer works as advertised. The dryer works really well. The steam function helps to refresh and remove wrinkles if you happen to forget clothes in it for a bit.

This machine is highly recommended because it’s easy to use, runs smoothly and quickly.

I love this washer! First of all it's beautiful, it has so many convenient settings, including sanitizing which as a pet owner i thing it's my favorite. I have 2 dogs and they do spend a lot of time outdoors, so i have to constantly wash them and clean there linen and beds, this machine has really made it so muvj easier for me
