Installed on June 5, 2025. It's December 16 and the washer has, for the past week, been shaking violently during the rinse cycles. We have a 2 year service plan from Best Buy but we were told we had to go through GE since it's under a year. Lots of features, but the washer broke in 6 months.

This washer has been great, washes very well and is efficient, clothes come out already almost dry.

The washer is working great and it can connect online to let us know when the laundry is done. We like the function that dry the interior so we don’t have to worry about mold.

I was excited for this washer after reading reviews but I must have gotten a dud that GE won’t do anything to fix. When the unit fills with water it sounds like a gun shot in the house when the valve snaps shut with such a loud banging noise. It’s so aggressive that the hosing snaps back against the wall and causes scratches on the wall paint. The tech said that’s just the design of the washer (which makes no sense). I had plumbers come out, cut into my dry wall, and replace hammer arrestors just in hopes of adding any support, and it did nothing. This washer is a nightmare of a nuisance. I’ve been begging every tech/contact that I connect with to replace or repair this with no luck so far. Side note - I got Best Buy extended care warranty through geek and they would not work on it without GE’s approval, so I wasted even more money on the “peace of mind” purchase through Best Buy which was recommended by them in the store. It’s unfortunate, because the dryer is a dream.

I have had this GE Profile for almost one month and I am very please with the pair. I am still learning how to use all the features. It takes less time to dry my towels. I love the washer's Smart Dispense feature. It is nice not having to pour in detergent with every load.

I spent a lot of time researching the best washing machines available today. After much shopping I settled on this GE product. This machine is everything it advertised itself to be. It gets clothes clean and is perfect for oversized loads. It’s used daily in my household. The best part is the quietness of operation. I Love the variability of spin cycle speeds.

Bought the washer at an outlet where I personally inspected the product. When washer was delivered(+added fee), it was a different-more-dented washer and there was no assistance with the 3 customer support that I was transferred to call. Thankfully, the washer is still working but I've registered the washer to ensure it doesn't break down after the best buy guarantee expires.

Great washer. Replaced an LG and this is way better quality. My favorite feature is the light inside. I can also turn it on when it is washing to check on things.

Love this washer. So many different features. Its big enough to wash my duvet covers and inserts and blankets without having to go to a laundromat. Plus its beautiful to look at you can't go wrong.

I'm about a month into using this machine and it works well and looks nice.

Long story short our washer went out so originally we just planned to replace it and then i came across the GE profile series and let me just say im blown away by by the series best washer dryer ive had.

We had the washer and dryer for a few months and love them so far.

I don't even know where to start. We purchased our GE Profile Washer and Dryer in the end of July 2025, somehow there was some confusion and a stacking kit was not included even though we clearly stated that we needed one so we needed to order a stacking kit and have them come back out and stack our appliances. We were on vacation at the time so our son signed for the men to come in and stack them and I cannot even describe the damage that was caused to our appliances. They are no longer in working condition and here we are almost mid-Sept and we are still waiting to have the damages assessed by the company that was not only done to our home but the non-working washer and dryer that I just got a bill for!!! We have been given the complete runaround by everyone and can't get the right people to call us back and all anyone ever says is once you new appliances are delivered we will give you a gift card. Are you kidding me??? I absolutely will never ever buy from Best Buy ever again . This has been a complete nightmare.
