Washer washes great. Washer is a bit loud like a thumping noise while washing.

WoW! What an Awesome Washing Machine. 1st front load, after replacing my 31yo GE washer. Hemmed and Hawed over the newer, top load washers, some with agitators, some without. Examining the cleaning cycle of the front load, I clearly see a better quality clean, and no "jeans~ball" to untangle once the cycle is complete! ❤️ GE!!!

Great. I love it. Has the biggest capacity out there which allows me to wash all my heavy comforters with absolutely no issues whatsoever. Easy to use, bluetooth easy to use with the app. I have zero complaints after 1 month of getting this washer dryer combo. It definitely was worth the purchase. Glad I bought it on Cyber Monday and got a great deal during that time.

The GE washer and dryer have been working efficiently to say the least, they have excellent programming settings and run quietly, can’t notice they are in the home except when the cycles are completely the equipment will message your phone through the SmartHQ application what the status and completion of the washing and drying cycles. Not only a Best Buy it was a Great Buy :-)

I love my new GE washer and dryer set! I bought the pedestals too and I’m so glad I did. The pedestals are actually tall enough to store fabric softener and laundry detergent containers upright. The washer is so much quieter and more efficient than my 13 yr old LG was. I love the smart dispense for the laundry detergent too. Just makes things easy. The vent to dry out the washer works great. I don’t have to prop the door open anymore and everything stays clean and fresh.

I bought this washing machine and matching dryer for my new home. I literally bought the new house because I wanted to install full sized laundry appliances. My old house had a built-in counter top in the laundry room that limited the size of the washer and dryer. So, when the washing machine original to my old home went kaput, I was forced to buy a compact washing machine. While the tiny machine was quite nice, I had to do multiple laundry loads a week! This new machine at my new house is so massive that I could probably get away with needing to do only one load every week! I have never had a washing machine with such a large capacity! I can’t stop smiling!

Great washer! Once I figured out how to download & add to the app, love this washer for my family. We all wash our clothes individually HH of 3. The light awesome, it allows you to make sure no sock or underwear left behind and no musky smells!!

I bought the GE Washer and Dryer. Love both of them! Especially the washing machine with the vending option that you can leave the door closed. It dries the drum out so you have no issues. The color is sooo pretty!

So far so good. I just have it for 2 days and is been doing a good job. The first day I did 5 loads where is included 2 loads of king zise bed spreads (tick ones), 2nd day so far has been working with 3 loads. The dryer you can set up as low as 20 minutes,that time don't work for me, especially is your loads are big but "for me" 40 minutes was enough to dry big loads even the beds spreads. So I can't complain, so far very happy with my purchase. Will updated if something wrong happens and the time it took to happen

This washer is great and does an awesome job with cleaning my son’s clothes as he is an athlete.

Machine washes well. The quickwash feature cleans in as little as 20ish minutes. It’s very quiet and smooth. The smart dispense system is very convenient and uses the correct amount for each load. I feel we used more detergent when we measured it ourselves. Overall good buy.

This model is very similar to the samsung washer and dryer units i used to have (very expensive). It functions more like an ipad than an annoying touchscreen. Its really great, i can pause and change the settings midwash or dry. Its really customizable unlike other units and has many options. Including, its very own sanitization setting! Great for dog messes.

Excellent machine- easy to operate and delivers clean cloths that are practically dry when spin cycle is done cutting down the dryer time. Would absolutely recommend.

I purchased a GE washer on July 19, 2025, and by October 2025, it had already stopped working. A service technician came to repair it and replaced one part, but shortly afterward, the washer failed again. The technician has now indicated that both the main control board and motor need to be replaced due to error codes. I contacted GE customer service to request that the parts be expedited, given that we have already been without a functioning washer for three weeks. Unfortunately, I was informed that these parts cannot be expedited and that the order may take seven or more days to arrive. This situation has been both inconvenient and disappointing. When purchasing a new appliance, especially from a well-known brand such as GE, one expects it to perform reliably for years—not fail after only three months. The lack of urgency and limited support from customer service have added to the frustration. I hope GE reviews this case and improves both the product quality and service process for future customers. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this washer!!!

This washer is aggressively average. It does have nice features, it’s user friendly, and my clothes are always clean; all winners for me. I’ve enjoyed doing laundry as much as a person can possibly enjoy doing laundry. However, getting the clothes clean has been a nightmare on a handful occasions. I’m not sure what the issue is (if I did know, I’d fix the problem), but a couple of times this machine has had issues with the spin cycle. Either the clothes come out still dripping, or the machine spins so violently I feel like my house has been relocated to the launch pad at Cape Canaveral during liftoff. The washer has moved up to 6” on its own during a spin cycle. The linoleum in my laundry room has ripped because of it. This is an appliance where setting it to “MAX” does not end in a good time. There is a silver lining here, and that is that I’ve never had to re-wash anything, even a toddler boys poop-stained underwear. TL;DR: Buy this only if you enjoy the sensation of your house falling down around you.

Excellent purchase. Very quiet easy to use and spin the water out. Clothes are practically dry when cycle finishes. Very frsdh and clean. Im in awe with this washer.

I am so incredibly pleased with my new washer and dryer. I am updating several rooms in my home, with the laundry being one of them. These are an incredible inspiration and addition! My goal was to easily be able to wash and dry my king sized bedding, and these certainly handle it with ease. The size is perfect, and the color is stunning!

This washing machine is amazing. So quiet and plenty of room in the loader plus the color ( blue) my favorite.
