Tech came out and couldn't fix it. Replacement washer came out and had the same issue on the same day of delivery.

A slow spin speed will eliminate less water than a fast spin speed. Another reason for this is oversudsing from too much detergent. This will slow down the final spin cycle, causing a suds lock. Posted .We are so glad you are happy with your purchase. This is a beautiful model, and we are so glad it is working well for you. This does have a Soak Rinse for Sanitizer button to enable. An additional chime will occur, and the cycle time will increase due to additional soaking time to activate the laundry sanitizer. To cancel the option, press the Soak Rinse for Sanitizer button again. NOTE: Fill the fabric softener compartment in the dispenser drawer with the recommended amount of laundry sanitizer.
