I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience regarding a dryer purchase I made on February 22. Unfortunately, I have not had the opportunity to use the appliance. I scheduled a delivery for the first week of March, and after making arrangements with my employer to be home, I was informed just two days prior to the delivery that the dryer is on back order, with the next available delivery date being April 19. I find this situation quite frustrating, especially since I have not received any compensation for the inconvenience caused. I confirmed that someone would be home to accept the delivery, yet there was an attempt to reschedule because I could not answer the phone while the driver was outside. Additionally, while I am currently on vacation in Scotland, I learned that the installation did not occur because the installer claimed that the spring valve was out of code. However, he was unable to provide any documentation and did not seem to communicate effectively in English. I am seeking clarification on these issues, as this experience has left me very unhappy, and I may reconsider my future purchases with Best Buy. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I love my new washer. Can beleave I waited so long to buy one. Very much worth the price. I think we have washed everything in the house. lol

Installed on June 5, 2025. It's December 16 and the washer has, for the past week, been shaking violently during the rinse cycles. We have a 2 year service plan from Best Buy but we were told we had to go through GE since it's under a year. Lots of features, but the washer broke in 6 months.

This GE washer has been a complete disappointment. Despite following all recommended cleaning and maintenance procedures, mold continues to grow inside the machine and causes a strong, persistent odor. That odor transfers directly to clothing. We have had multiple pieces of expensive clothing ruined because of mold and mildew buildup inside the washer. This is not a minor inconvenience—it’s a serious design flaw. We are currently going through the warranty replacement process with Best Buy due to how bad the issue has become. A washing machine should clean clothes, not damage them. I do not recommend this product to anyone. If you care about your clothing or expect a washer to function properly long-term, look elsewhere.

It is the best washing machine I’ve ever purchased! It cleans my clothes exceptionally well! I love it!

Tom purchasing the product to the delivery and set up, everything went smoothly. The salesperson to the set up people, were very helpful, personable and very nice. I will shop with you again.

Overall it washes great, but it is a little loud when it gets to the spin cycle at the end.

My wife really enjoys washing with this washer. She loves how it practically dries the clothes prior to placing them in the dryer

The washer and dryer is loud when the drum is rotating. I am assuming it is loud due to it being industrial strength. Love them though.

The machine has been great, no issues and after managing for a year with an old, leaking washer, has been such a welcome change.

This is the second washer in this series that we have purchased. We literally worked the last one until it couldn’t be repaired again. It is very durable and gets the clothes very clean.

Excellent customer service and washer installation! Installers were knowledgeable and provided the very best customer service.

Constant disconnects from the GE app. Reconnecting takes forever and often fails, so remote features are useless. Worse, the washer sometimes skips the final spin entirely, leaving soaking laundry and forcing a repeat Drain & Spin. Build quality feels cheap for the price. I regret this purchase.

Purchased this washer to replace the one I owned for 15 years. My wife likes the easy to use control panel. The GE Profile is a great product. Would recommend this washer to my friends.

This dryer completely fails to perform its basic function of drying clothes. Even after running it through 5–6 full cycles, the clothes are still damp and unwearable. It does not matter which setting or cycle is used—the result is always the same. Essentially saying the dryer is useless. For a brand-new appliance, this is unacceptable.

Beautiful machine.. but the vent fan kept running... wanted to love it
