Flipping Door Hinges Added Fee

Then Best Buy is charging to flip the hinges on the washer. I pay to be a Total Best Buy member and I get a fee because the person that delivered the washer could not flip the hinges. Horrible experience overall

The dryer was delivered separately on December 19. However, the dryer arrived with a broken door that is unable to close. The delivery drivers contacted Best Buy and a new door or new machine has been ordered. It has been over a week and I haven't heard back from Best Buy when I will receive a working dryer. I am NOT happy.

Returned item after this continued for almost two weeks. Thought I had something rotten in trash … not. It was the front load washer!
