Water left in soap dispenser. Pedestals on both washer and dryer had the door broken when delivered. Units returned and another brand was ordered.

The washer is designed to move 1/4" to reduce forces transmitted to the floor and you will be able to hear the different cycles. We recommend making sure the pump filter is clean and if you are concerned about the noise level, please make a short video so you can show the technician when they arrive. Posted .With all washers, some shaking or noise is normal. However, it is important to level your washer as it prevents the washer from excessive vibration when in use. When leveling a washer, make sure to level both front to back and side to side by adjusting the four leveling legs. Also note that the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. If your washer is making abnormal shaking and noise levels, we recommend scheduling service online by visiting the GE Appliances website or by calling 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) M-F 8AM-8PM ET, Sat-Sun: Closed.

Two lemons in a row, AVOID!!

Repair person said the cost to repair so more than cost of the washer, so it would be cheaper to replace. Got a new one thinking it couldn't happen twice but the second one only lasted a little over a year!! What I piece of garbage. GE should be ashamed of themselves!

Horrible washer/dryer Best Buy not fixing

Best Buy sent a tech out and when he left and I turned on the washer two of my rooms got flooded. Been 3 weeks without a washer and Best Buy is doing nothing to help!! They don’t stand behind the extended warranty they sell either!!
