Love this new front load washer and my experience with Best Buy. There are no issues with spin cycle having to re-balance load like there was in my previous front load. My clothes are coming out beautiful. It was delivered on time, no issue with the install. I'm very happy after these first 18 loads.

After a month, our 4 person family has had a major upgrade in both cleaning quality and larger loads getting cleaned. Under garments are clean, cottons are fluffy, and the preloaded detergent is a huge bonus. This also has an app that tells you when the detergent is getting low, but also when you're cycle is finishing or left behind. You can even connect from anywhere to start, stop, or refresh with another rinse!

Love this washing machine! Beautiful color and works great. Very quiet. And I like that I can fill up the laundry detergent and not have to do it every time I wash!

We have been very satisfied with the washer so far. No problems of any kind.

This has been an amazing experience. My clothes have never felt or smelled cleaner. This is super quiet and the auto dispense has been a game changer.

This washer has a great capacity and does a good job cleaning our clothes. It can easily hold my king size comforter without requiring a second rinse cycle.

I did a lot of comparisons trying to find the best front load washer with the largest capacity for washing our comforters without choking down the drum. This washer has absolutely surpassed my expectations. It is not only big enough, but it has an awesome venting system that automatically cleans the washer after each use. I’m beyond thrilled with this purchase!!!!

So, I have to say that this unit was a replacement for a model that I purchased two years ago. Due to the constant power surges in my neighborhood, unfortunately, the unit was fried. What a great opportunity for me to repurchase the near-exact model I had and color-match it with my dryer. This unit is amazing. Supper efficient. Cleans well. My water usage and electricity bill have both decreased with this unit. The smart features are great. I highly recommend this unit.

Replaced our old Kenmore washer. A welcomed change.

So far so good. I’ve owned it for a month and with a new puppy have used it quite a bit. It’s not the most quiet one but it does a great job with the laundry and I like the features. One drawback is there isn’t a spin only cycle. I love that the pedestal is taller and makes clothes in and out of the washer very easy. I would strongly suggest getting that too if you have back problems. I’ve had 2 Samsungs that did not last and were junk, hoping this one can put live them.

I've had this machine for less than a week, and I'm already considering returning it. This machine is LOUD. My laundry room is on the 2nd floor, and when this thing is running, you can hear it throughout the house. There is some kind of motor that runs often during the cycles that are 10x louder than the Samsung I replaced. You can actually feel the vibration of the motor running on the floor on the opposite side of the house. When the spin portion of the cycle begins is when things really get interesting. The machine doesn't seem to be able to balance a load. I've only done a handful of loads ranging from 1/3rd full to completely stuffed. The machine did best with a fully stuffed load, but anything over medium spin would still cause objects to fall off the walls around the house. The Samsung this machine replaced would occasionally get out of balance, but never to the level of this machine. The problem can be somewhat helped by stopping the spin cycle and moving the load around, but that's a very inconvenient thing to do for every load, and even then, the imbalance is still severe compared to our previous machine and causes vibrations that are heard and felt through the home. I've never had a machine rattle the windows, but this one does it consistently. I went through the noise and vibration troubleshooting in the manual, but nothing fixed the issue. I think this may just be the way this particular machine operates. The load is very dry after the violent spin cycle, which lowers required time in the dryer, but it is almost unbearable to be in the house while the machine is running. We will likely be returning this machine and matching dryer, although the dryer seems to be fine. I don't think our house can handle the stresses of this machine.

Machine is pretty much just what all the reviews said about it. It’s also very heavy and the rounded shape of the front makes it very difficult to get a two wheeler dolly to lift from the front making final positioning difficult. Recommend getting the white, the dark mat-blue looks dingy and cheap paint.

We purchased a GE front-load washer (model GFW850SPNRS) from Best Buy in January 2024 and had it installed a few days later. What we thought would be a simple appliance upgrade has turned into one of the most frustrating and emotionally exhausting experiences I’ve ever had with a retailer. Within just two months, I noticed the washer was making extremely loud noises during the spin cycle—something clearly wasn’t right. I contacted Geek Squad, and over the course of the next several months, they replaced several major components: first the inverter, then the main board. Despite all these repairs, the washer completely failed after about 13 months. Because the original model was discontinued, I was given a replacement unit: model PFW870SPVORS. I had to pay the price difference and purchase a brand new Geek Squad protection plan—on top of the original one I had already invested in. They also required me to purchase a new set of water hoses for installation, even though I was told I could return them if unused (which I did). The entire process was filled with unexpected costs and confusion. To make things worse, the replacement model doesn’t include the 1 Step Wash + Dry feature that the original machine had. Losing that feature, after everything I’ve gone through, just feels like one more disappointment. I don’t feel like I was given a true replacement for what I paid for originally. When the new washer was installed on April 4, 2025, I followed all instructions, ran an empty cycle as recommended, and then did my first actual load. The washer immediately began banging during the final spin cycle—it turns out the installer didn’t even level the legs properly. After everything I’ve already been through, this was incredibly disheartening. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone, waiting for service techs, explaining the same problems over and over. I feel completely helpless. No one takes ownership. It feels like I’m stuck in a cycle of poor installation, failed repairs, and bad communication. I’ve invested a lot—money, time, energy—and I’m still left with an appliance that doesn’t work as expected, and no resolution in sight. I’m sad, disappointed, and completely unsatisfied. I trusted Best Buy and Geek Squad to deliver quality products and reliable service, and I’ve been let down at every turn. I truly hope no one else has to go through what I have.
