The center drum huts the sides when it is in the spin cycle and you can hear it 2 rooms away. It has to keep stopping after it is banging on the sides and then starts up again bangs the sides a but then stops again

The lid doesn't close and lock securely during most of the cycle times (especially when filled with deep water)...not child safe. Our lid doesn't even go down all the way on the left side. The clothes come out smelling dirty and moldy. The machine we got is so moldy (likely the water left behind from testing the machine at the factory...but i cant be sure.) The cycles dont allow for the customization you think they would, based on how they're advertised. For instance you can do deep rinse OR extra rinse...not both. It's a mess. Don't waste your money or your time. This has been a nightmare. We have a new baby and can't get clean clothes with our new machine. Customer service won't even repsond.

So far she's been very happy was it. The only problem she's had So far the only problem that that she has had is learning what all the options do.

No mater how careful i am loading the washer when doing towels “only” im talking four maybe five towels. The spin cycle doesn’t work i have to unload and evenly lay the towels to get it to rinse and spin. This is the same for doing 1 queen size blanket or comforter.

Unfortunately, the warranty provider, Bodewell, has demonstrated poor customer service, stating that it could take up to a month to resolve the issue. Given that this appliance is less than a year old, we find this delay and inconvenience unacceptable. Had we been aware of these challenges, we would have opted for a different brand. We strongly recommend considering other options before making this purchase.

This washer gets out of balance on nearly every single load. It jumps all over the place, and looks like it's going to break the water line connections. Super disappointed to have purchased the "best washer Best Buy offers" per the salesman, only to realize we severely downgraded. Worst money I've ever spent.

Posted .We are very sorry to hear you are having these issues with your washer. This is not what we expect to hear. If an out-of-balance condition is detected by the washer, the Spin light will blink during the remaining portion of the cycle and will stay illuminated for a short time after cycle completion. When the washer tries to redistribute the load, the Rinse light will be illuminated solid while the Spin light blinks. When this occurs, the washer is taking actions to correct the out-of-balance condition and complete the cycle normally. In some cases, the washer may not be able to balance the load and spin up to full speed. If you notice the load is more wet than normal at the end of the cycle, redistribute the load evenly in the wash basket and run a Drain & Spin cycle.
