However, the crew that delivered did not bring any of the parts needed in have a working appliance. When I purchased this on line there was no notice that I would need additional parts to get it operating. A major dissappointment.

However i love my new washer and dryer! The app is a bonus so it notifies me when its done and alerts me if i forget. Highly recommend this brand.

Went through all the basic stuff by making sure the lint trap and vent were clear. No major blockages were found. That was yesterday. Today it’s back to not heating at all. A 90 minute timed cycle left my clothes still damp. It now takes 2-3 cycles to get my clothes dry. This is a huge problem because we are a household of 7 and now can’t do laundry. TL;DR spend your $1000 on something better.

Posted .If you have not already done so, we recommend you disconnect power to your dryer for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics as well as the breakers. I only gave 4 stars because it’s somewhat hart to open & close the dryer door. Also it’s inconvenient that the door does not stay open while loading…constantly swinging closed.
