Washer and dryer was delivered when they said. I had a dryer issue the Sunday before Christmas and BB customer service scheduled for a new dryer to be delivered on Tuesday (Christmas Eve. We had these for two days and scheduled a return because of how loud they are (the dryer in this set also). Best Buy has been great to deal with and made the return seamless. Also, compared to the LG I used to have the door, lint trap and detergent thing feel super cheap.

I am very pleased with this set. At first I thought something was wrong with the washing machine because it was “filling up” like the other washer. Then after actually reading the manual, it uses what is NEEDED to clean your clothes while saving energy and water. GREAT JOB GE! ! !

The wifi and app was really easy to set up and its very helpful to see how long I have until my load is ready in the app.
