Missing power chord

Mind you the product description says it comes with the power cord so now I have to go buy one or wait another week for a technician to come out to install one and that's too long for some dry clothes

Since it is not possible to anticipate the final destination of a dryer as it leaves the assembly line and install the proper cord, the local dealer usually provides the power cord. The cord type will vary according to the home's wiring (ex. 3-wire connection vs 4-wire connection).

I am impressed with all the settings options. The last dryer I had I used the low setting and my clothes would shrink. This dryer has a sensing feature with only adds heat as needed. I can dry all my clothes now without worrying about shrinkage.

Poor quality and design

To start off, it requires multiple cycles to dry off clothes. Just last Saturday, a full load of wash (mixed bag), sweat pants, jeans, T shirts and socks took 3 cycles of 2 hours each, 6 hours to dry off! Ridiculous! I would not recommend it to anyone. Secondly, the door lock is cheap and it’s made with inferior quality. To open and close the door you need to hold the dryer with one hand so that it doesn’t move. Very poor design.
