This fantastic dryer model features our My Cycle setting. Streamline your laundry process by saving your favorite dryer settings for future use! We're confident this dryer will continue to be an asset in your laundry routine for years to come.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with your dryer as we continually strive to improve the products and services we offer. We encourage you to disconnect the power to your dryer at the circuit breaker for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. We also recommend you check the venting on the back of the dryer and on the outside of your home for an obstruction or blockage that could cause increasingly long drying times. Last but not least, check to be sure your dryer is level (front to back and left to right) as this could affect the operation of the sensor. If the issue persists, we recommend calling Bodewell Service at 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) to schedule a service appointment to have your dryer properly diagnosed and repaired.

For help with this situation, please review the "Clothes take too long to dry" section on pg. 12 of the Owner's Manual.

We certainly understand how important it is to have a good experience with installation and delivery. We strongly encourage you to contact Best Buy directly or call your local store.
