We're glad you reached out. When the eDry button is pressed, cycle settings change to reduce the total energy consumption of the selected sensor cycle. The eDry feature will work great for those items you like to remove and hang immediately. For optimal drying times, turn eDry off.

We know a drying issue must be concerning, and we want to assist. Troubleshooting tips for what to try for a drying problem are available on page 15 of the manual, which you can view on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page. Among other tips, you may want to make sure the ducting isn’t kinked or obstructed. If you’re not able to resolve this issue with troubleshooting and think service may be needed, that department can be reached at 833-426-3393. A technician would be glad to examine the dryer.

If you're using a GE Profile washer, we recommend you follow the suggestions in the support article on the GE Appliances website titled: "Washer - Clothes Not Cleaning Well" for help with the cleaning performance.
