The dryer was bundled with the washer at a great price. Price was reduced even more by purchasing additional GE products. The dryer is extremely quite and very easy to operate.

Perfect for out baby on the way!!! We specifically looked for a sanitation cycle for babies clothing and I’m in love with the feature . Drys the clothes so well and very strong. Needs minimal time for delicates as it a sting dryer . Color is also great. Easy to wipe and keep clean .

The one downside is that the syncing with the GE app is somewhat more difficult than it ought to be, and harder than it is with the matching washing machine. It's something GE should improve on in future models, because beyond that it's top of the line.

It works great and I don’t have to have it running for hours to dry my laundry. We are able to hook it up where we get notifications when our laundry is done and it’s do helpful!

So when our dryer broke I chose to get the matching dryer. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The first dryer we got made a loud banging sound so I reached out to Best Buy who handled everything seamlessly. They scheduled a new dryer delivery within less than a week. Turns out something was on the barrel, maybe came loose during shipment or something (not Best Buy’s fault). So now we have the new dryer and while it no longer makes a banging sound I have to dry everything on high heat to get it to dry. I never used high heat in my old dryer, I actually always used low heat, but that’s not possible with this new dryer. If I use low heat, I have to run it for a whole extra cycle. Even when I use high heat on towels, some still come out damp. Last night I ran a medium size load of towels for an hour and 15 minutes and the hood on the top of my two kids towels were still damp, and I had to lay them out to dry. My old dryer was definitely better than this. I would not recommend this dryer unless you like to run everything on high heat and/or run everything through the dryer twice.

Posted .We'd like to assist with the drying performance of your dryer. There are a few things we recommend trying that may resolve this matter. Be sure to use the proper venting material and make sure the vent ductwork is the proper length. This is very important to the operation of a dryer. We recommend the use of a solid metal vent pipe 4" in diameter for adequate operation. 4" diameter flexible metal venting may be used but will increase the drying time. We don't recommend the use of flexible, white, plastic vent pipe. This type of vent pipe can collapse and restrict the airflow, causing lint to build up inside the dryer.
It's best to remove and clean the lint filter each time it is used. The filter can be washed with warm soapy water to remove fabric softener residue from the screen.

Great dryer!

It's a lottle bigger than my last one, so it easily fits a king comforter plus some towels in it and I don't have to dry it twice.

Wonderful dryer

Any type load I put in it is done between 45 mins and 1 hour. It took my other dryer forever to dry averaging 1.5 hrs to be done. So I'm thrilled and so glad i was able to get it.
