I have use it for a few weeks multiple times to dry many loads of clothes...very friendly to use... my grandma lives with me and she loves it as well.

It does not dry clothes. Just did another load and this time only filled half the washer thinking I'm overloading the dryer. Nope. After 1:15 minutes the dryer finished its run. I go down there to fold and nope. Still wet. Just fired it up for another 90 minutes. Wish I had acted sooner on this as I'm past my return period. Bottom line... I gotta go get another dryer. It will NOT be a GE. So disappointed. DO NOT BUY!

If your dryer isn’t drying as expected, we recommend first ensuring that the lint filter is clean, your ductwork is clear and properly vented, and that loads are sorted by fabric type and size to improve airflow. It’s also important to make sure the settings you’re using match the load you’re drying. We consistently have to run two cycles to dry towels and jeans, even on the highest setting. No matter how hot we set it, the towels and jeans come out damp after an hour. I’ve followed the instructions, and the vents are clear and properly aligned, but it just doesn’t seem to work well. Either it’s a poor-quality dryer, or we got a lemon. So much for saving energy. I completely regret purchasing this unit. I would have returned it within the return window, but we were called out of town on an emergency and didn’t have a chance to properly test it until it was too late. Now we’re stuck with this giant metal warming cube.
