    I have issues with drying loads, they need to go through two dry cycles but I’m not sure if it’s because it was an open box item (supposedly in excellent condition)

    Upgraded with the matching washer and zero regrets. It can sync with the washer to know what you washed and automatically match the dryer settings to finish. Steam function really gets out wrinkles! The app let's you know when the cycle is finishing or off you left clothes in it. You can also connect remotely to restart or refresh your dryer clothing.
