Posted .We are so glad to hear you are happy with your purchase. This is a beautiful model that is an Energy Star Dryer. This has 7.4 cubic ft and many great features. It is normal to hear it running but it shouldn't be overly loud. If you feel there is an issue, please take advantage of your warranty and reach out to Bodewell service by calling 1-833-426-3393.

This Dryer works great and dryes my clothes 2x faster then my old one. My wife loves the steam function and she is hoping to never have to iron clothes again. LOL

All my clothes smell burnt and there is an issue with the gas heating. Got the Best Buy warranty but it still costs $100 to get them out here and the service window is 7am to 7pm. Real cool. This thing is 14 months old.
