    An awful experience buying appliances from Best Buy. They kept canceling our delivery of this product. My wife was in the hospital in labor and we agreed that I should stay home and wait for this delivery. We had so many issues that we wanted to be done with it. They showed up and made the quick decision they couldn’t install. They took my fridge, washer, and Dryer with them and left. They scheduled another appointment and then canceled. Horrible experience

      Hello- We appreciate your purchase and understand your concern if your new dryer isn't drying as fast as your previous model. Drying times will vary according to the type of heat used (gas versus electric), the size of the load, the type of fabric (cottons hold more water than synthetics), the wetness of the clothes and the condition of your exhaust ventilation. When clothes are taking a long time to dry or do not seem to be drying we have some great troubleshooting tips on our site if you'd like to check them out.     Auto dry does not work. Constantly needs to be restarted to dry clothes. Can not save settings to default needs to change settings every time to max dry to hope they come out dry

    Maybe mine is a lemon but think twice just in case

    We have GE Profile everything. They have always been an amazing brand. This dryer lasted 3 months before total power failure. Spent 1k, and 3 months later they cannot repair for over 3 weeks due to limited warranty repair people nearby, and will not accept a refund for a replacement I could receive in 2 days. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and the product itself.

    Absolutely terrible install and delivery experience. The first dryer arrived damaged so I declined delivery. Then I waited a month for the back order dryer to come, and then they didn't install the steam hose kit I paid for, I had to install that myself. I'll never purchase another appliance from Best Buy ever again and any chance I get I'll tell friends and family to purchase their appliances somewhere else.

    It’s incredibly noisy I couldn’t believe how noisy it is. Can hear it throughout the entire house. Crazy!

    This is the second washer dryer I have purchased in a year. unfortunately they wouldn’t install them in either property. Delivery men said I needed a plumber at both. Plumber came and said it wasn’t true. $250 extra dollars for their “free install” don’t use Best Buy

    Less than impressed for the price. It doesn’t auto sense when the clothes are not dry. I thought it had that feature. It feels cheaply made.

    Making loud noise while working. Complained to customer service. They said i had only 15 days to complain and i have to go to the manufacture. I was not told this policy at the time i purchased it. Very disappointed

    BUYER BEWARE of Best Buy

    Bought this top rated machine to replace old one. Salesperson set notification in case price dropped so they could refund the difference. But when I went to get the refund I was told I already got it?? Very disappointed and was almost $600 extra we paid as a result! Very misleading. Machine is doing well I recommend it but buy it from a reputable dealer not Best Buy!!!

    AWFUL! After 1 second of running the machine goes to no heat. This has been the second they installed it. We called best buy and they say they will open a claim yet we havent heard anything! The installers damaged our sink cabinet and they havent fixed it. DONT BUY

      First, make sure that the “No Heat” temperature option wasn’t accidentally selected. Then, if your dryer is not heating, it could be due to a blown fuse or a tripped circuit breaker; in this case the dryer may tumble but not heat. Check the house fuse/circuit breaker box and replace both fuses or reset both breakers.     Do not buy from Best Buy ever since they have so many delivery issues and don’t give refunds or ask for credit for all the issues we had for delivery they damaged our place and did not give us any money for it.
