    I am very happy with this oven I had my old oven for 20 years then I had to replace with this oven, we love it , very quiet and we love the online access and control

    Since I didn't get to see this oven live and in person before the installation, I was pleasantly surprised by its beautiful aesthetic and its futuristic qualities, including on line recipes, and amazing temperature control features. Pretty excited to get cooking!

    Great oven. Connects to internet was easy. Can operate from your phone. Cranks out cookies twice as fast our our old stand alone oven. Can't wait to give it a workout at Thanksgiving. Bought it at the right time as it was on sale and included installation.

    Its just an oven. A very expensive oven. My $70 airfryer is just as good and twice as fast.

    I think this would've been a nice oven if the racks hadn't been so tight that they gouged the enamel off the inside of the oven. Went back to BB, checked the floor model, it was fine. Got a replacement GE Profile and if anything, it was worse than the first one. Returned that one too and bought a KitchenAId instead. 1 star for GE and it's terrible quality control, 5 stars for Mohammed and Best Buy and their customer service at the Mountain View, CA store.

      We're sorry to hear about your ovens needing to be replaced. We'd like to share some information about the racks sticking for future use. It can be normal to notice the racks become harder to remove, especially after high temperature cooking or performing a self-clean cycle. We always recommend lubricating the racks if this happens.     Reviewed and rated a number of stainless double wall ovens and with input of sales associate came to conclusion this GE model was meeting our expectations

    Quality kitchens came to install and did a very nice job. So far they are the only people I’ve dealt with that have a clue on what’s going on.

    It doesn’t seem to be baking correctly, it over bakes things and burns, don’t like that the light comes on on both ovens even when you are using only one.

    Purchased oven July 2019. Worked maybe 3 weeks. Received error message when oven tries to heat up. Display said to call manufacturer. Had to wait a week for technician to arrive. Tech could not fix had to order parts. Tech arrived today and new parts didn’t work. Called Best Buy for a replacement. They told me to call manufacturer to fix. When they discovered I had Geek Squad protection, they insisted on sending out a Geek technician. Rep on the phone stated they would try 3 times to fix before replacement. My oven is barely a month old and it hasn’t worked in 3 going on 4 weeks. Do not buy this oven and beware of buying major appliances from Best Buy. If you don’t return in 15 days, you are out of luck. They do not stand behind product or the customer!

    App doesn’t work to preheat the oven. Unfortunately, we already needed service done to our new oven. Disappointed in quality. Hopefully fixable.
