Nice Product Easy to use WIFI connected Roast ability Convection Oven

Great oven. It even proofs! App is great for preheating on the way home.

I’m giving this oven a 3 at this time just because it needs to be tweaked. The thermostat are off. Placed a service call and awaiting for this to be fixed. So reserving might right to recommend to a friend at this point.

Oven was received with Lower door and hinges damaged. Best Buy delivered three times and all three ovens were received damaged. After third attempt Best Buy said next delivery would take 60 days so order was cancelled.

Oven Looks great installed as part of kitchen package.

We paid to have a custom cabinet built to fit this oven to its specs and it doesn't fit! According to the Best Buy website, all specs, the manual, etc. the cut-out height is listed as 51 13/16". If you measure the actual oven cut-out area, the height is at least an inch smaller! The installer seemed to indicate this was a common issue. Fixing this mistake by Best Buy and GE is going to cost a lot of money! We are going to have to have the cabinet rebuilt or modified.

Ordered the oven beginning of February, we were told the oven is in their warehouse and can be installed right away. The oven has already been delayed until March and the installation date has also been delayed. Not sure when it will come in.

The oven was delivered on time! The delivery drivers were very nice. There were NO directions or owner’s manual or operating manual!!!!

Positives: These beautiful ovens reach the assigned temp in record times. I like the Bluetooth notifications. They bake accurately and are easy to operate. Negatives: The oven surfaces are prone to retaining fingerprints, even on the controls. The Timer Alerts are very low and you cannot change the sound. Also, there is only one timer, so if you are using both ovens, you are SOL.

Called GE to report a major feature WIFI Connect and my reason for purchasing this item DOESN’T work! HELP!

Can’t rate an oven that we don’t have. Delayed At least 3/4 times. Told my wife to cancel. She wants to wait.

Excellent Double Oven. Has all the features I need. Like the slideout grates. Eazy to operate and program.

I love my new ovens. I’m a baker so it really works good. I haven’t tried the Convection yet.

I just installed this. Removed the wrapped up racks from oven-Now I know why the instructions explicitly say installer NOT to remove racks. They are wedged in there with the packaging. So you remove them. Then you take off packaging. Then you proceed to install the plain rack-fine. no problem. Then you unpackage the sliding rack and find a tiny bottle of black something? (graphite lube-was sure hoping it was paint) Then slide in the rack with the sliding rack built in. wait-WHAT? that wedged in feel with the packaging didnt go away. in fact, my $3,000 oven now has GOUGES down each side where the terribly fitting rack just scraped all the paint off. Hmmm.. Dang American made stuff, well, let me check-was this made in America? assembled in America? Nope-must not be because nothing I can find in literature that came with it, online manual or otherwise indicates made in America. dangit! All is says is made under trademark license... that smells a lot like china. several of the screw on teh side flange were not tight, many of the exterior(behind exposed area) were screwed in crooked. And when I unpacked it, a nut fell on the ground. It is installed, I am crossing my fingers that it will work as advertised for at least as long as the prior(working) GE profile from the 1980's? 90's? I am a little scared of the touchscreen and really miss manual knobs... we will see. Review will be updated in a year after they change the model and make this review irrelevant...

You can't call the local Best Buy. You get a "national" number and judging by all the Filipino accents, that office is in the Philippines. On two occasions the locals told us they would call us back and never did. The appointment to install was weeks out and they cancelled the night before. The next appointment we could get was also weeks out. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with Best Buy. I'm done ever shopping there again.
