This was easy to install and the Best Buy delivery team did a fantastic job with an on time delivery and taking care to get it from the truck to the laundry room. They even made sure I knew to remove the transportation bolts. The combo machine is an incredible invention. Put a load in and let it go. It took a little getting used to the low heat drying and they feel of the clothes when they come out - but they are dry. And if they need a little touch up, changing the function to dry only is just one button away. I recommend a combo machine for every household. The icing on the cake for us is that it only takes up the space of one machine and not two in our small laundry room.

It’s not perfect, but I like it overall. The biggest complaint I see is the drying when clothes aren’t dry. I’ve had this happen and this occurs for what I believe are two reasons. One is the dryer itself. Standard dryers are 220v and a higher heat element. This is a 110v and recycles the heat back into the machine to be energy efficient. This making drying longer. I set the dryer to highest spin and longer drying time. Sometimes the stuff still isn’t fully dry. Why? Because we can overfill the load and making it longer to dry. The manual has loading instructions. The all in one unit is wonderful as a space saver and the washing cycles are perfect! I’m glad I made this purchase!

The machine looks and it works great. Is nice to not have to worry about transferring the clothes from one machine to the other one. I have this machine at my vacation home so is perfect because we can leave the clothes washing while we enjoy the beach. It does take long but is not that bad.

Overall the washer dryer combo is a game changer for laundry. The biggest pro for us is not having to switch over between washing and drying. The time saved from wet clothes not sitting in the washing machine waiting to be changed over to the dryer greatly out weighs the little bit of extra time it takes to dry clothes. The ventless feature is also very nice since our old venting duct would get clogged. The reclaimed space in our laundry closest is great as well. The side loading drum uses less water and gets our clothes noticeably more clean than our old top loading washing machine. It did take a couple of weeks to figure out the settings to get every type of load dry but after learning some of tricks for this machine from Google it has performed very well. The extra high spin cycle is very fast and was causing a lot of vibration in our old house but after installing a couple of floor jacks under the house where the washer is sitting fixed that. This thing has been running like a dream ever since.

It's perfect for my small home. It's quiet, efficient and stylish. I've had it for 6 weeks now, and it's the perfect washer/dryer combo!!!

I've never had a brand new washer or dryer as an adult, so it was time to upgrade what we had. We've always had a separate washer and dryer and my routine included running both at the same time, with clothes drying and a new load starting to wash. The idea of having a combo was not one I considered and my thought was that it would slow down my process. But, I was wrong! I can put a load in and go on about my other tasks or chores without wondering if the washer was done and needing to transfer clothes to the dryer. Let's also talk about how much room this saves in my already small laundry room. Removing two appliances and replacing with this one allowed me to have more storage space. I've not had any issues thus far. The delivery and haul away of my previous appliances was smooth. I couldn't ask for more!

I love this combo. It has a lot of different cycles including a quick was and dry option. it does take a little longer to dry but its ventless and saves me space. I only have myself in the house so its perfect.

Must have, I love this machine and the power it offer with less energy. The catch is the maintenance, you must have an schedule and clean every part when need it to keep it running smoothly. The best part was the price, it was half compared with other stores.

Excellent machine, superior to my expectations, cleans and dry all at once, it makes your life easier.

People mistake the clothes for being damp but they are not. They are dry but with using the same drum there is humidity when you open it just like a dishwasher. Initial payout is higher but you get a nice tax write off due to dryer being a heat pump making it cheaper than traditional setup. So far I love it. No more forgetting to switch it to the dryer. The drying time is not obnoxious like some people say it is. If it is getting longer than normal lint trap hasn’t been cleaned well. Recommendation is pick up the pedestal makes draining it way easier. Drain it when you’re done for the week. To help keep your clothes smelling nice and fresh.

Great machine. Fairly quiet from start to finish it is fairly quick (about 2hrs) It only takes up about 28” of space with plenty of room to add whatever

I wanted an energy-efficient washer and dryer, and this one stood out. I love that I can track my laundry using the app, and it handles everything in one go. The washing performance is excellent, and the drying is just as impressive. Plus, the combo design saves so much space! I highly recommend it—it’s definitely worth the investment!

This washer/dryer is a game changer - no vent, no special electrical circuit. And don't confuse it with those combo units you see in Europe that are tiny and can't dry the clothes. The heat pump technology actually works and dries clothes just fine. Just stick the dirty clothes in and they come out clean and dry. Absolutely amazing.

The GE Profile washer-Dryer combo works great. I was a bit skeptical at first, I mean How can it be both a washer and a dryer in the same unit? I researched several websites and read lots of reviews before buying. The fact that it plugs into a 110 outlet and is vent-less really sold me. I was reluctant because some of the reviews stated washer dryer combos are really loud. This combo however is very quiet, less noise than my previous front load washer. My wife and I are very happy with this purchase, and I would highly recommend.

Love the simplicity of this washer/dryer combo. Washed about 4 loads thru this, so far it has functioned flawlessly. Best Buy did a great job with the purchase and delivery. The gentlemen that delivered were courteous and helpful.
