The unicouple accessory allows someone to install the appliance next to a utility sink so that they do not need a standpipe for draining or hot/cold water inlets. -- The Unicoupler (part number WH41X36697) comes with all the parts needed: cap, unicoupler, faucet attachments and allows you to hook up to a sink faucet and drain into the sink. You do not drain into a standpipe. The Unicoupler can be purchased on our GE Appliances Parts website or by calling our parts team at 1-877-959-8688 M-F 9AM-7PM EST. Lauren@GEAppliances
