Our priority is to offer complete customer satisfaction for all our customers. That is correct, cloudy weather can sometimes weaken the signal causing your image to be a bit distorted. Your channels will depend on the signals provided by your local stations in your area. You can click on this link to see what kind of signals are available in your location http://www.tvfool.com/, just simply click on the “Click here” and enter your zip code. You want to make sure that the antenna is fully extended on each end. This will allow the antennas dipoles to be fully extended for better reception. The antenna must be connected to the TV and connected to a power source at all times in order for the antenna to function properly. Once these steps are complete we suggest you run another channel scan. If you are still not able to access any channels, your antenna may be over amplifying the signal. We recommend that you turn off the power inserter behind the antenna and rescan for channels again.
