Love the product. Would get 5 stars if the gesture sensor to turn the watch on was a little better, randomly turns on a lot and sometimes reqires me to lift my arm up and down multiple times to wake it up. Everything else is great. Perfect for looking at notifications without having to pull my phone out.

I was looking for a fitness device as well as a communication device. This item serves as both. I enjoy using the option to have music without having phone nearby when going to gym. I also love discreet access to messages and emails.

I purchased this for my boyfriend who is a technical person. We looked at reviews and the things this watch could do in comparison to the others. The main difference we could find was the quality of the band and no camera. He likes the watch for the most part, but there are alot of app issues. There are not many apps that will work with this watch, as well as the music app crashes as soon as you try to open it. The music issue is the biggest disappointment of all, since he wanted to use this while working out. I'll give it that Samsung had great products, but the app issues right now are a big downfall.

The Gear 2 Neo is a handy and easy to use device. It connects quickly and easily to my Note 4. Haven't tried the music player yet, but I look forward to using it with Bluetooth headset.

I purchased the watch on Best Buy.com and it was delivered as promised. I have a Galaxy S4 and it works perfectly together. Only problem is, more applications are needed. That is the reason for the 4 stars rather than 5.

Setup was easy. I purchased it so I could leave my phone in my pocket and still see who was calling and emailing. Being able to read texts on it is definitely a plus.

I love the watch, although the best buy rep told me that the watch had a camera...it doesn't....just wish the employee was better informed about the product. Great sound and visibility. Light and comfortable.

My 12 year old LOVES his watch!! There are enough features to keep him happy, but it's not totally overwhelming. He loves making and receiving calls and texts, listening to music, and using the pedometer. However, the part he loves the most is operating most any TV with his watch!

When I first brought this watch for my boyfriend for Christmas last year it work great. Then the band broke, he replace it with another they had in the store it give him problems. The problem is the store doesn't carry this watch any more and he had to go online and purchase a refurbished one that doesn't come with a guaranteed. I think if Best Buy going to continue a product they should send out a notice or offer another product that is comfortable to the one you have.

This watch is AWESOME! It connects with my s health on my samsung. It lets me answer phone calls and speak on speaker phone through my watch. It's awesome with my bluetooth headphones when I can listen to the music stored on my watch and not have to have my phone in the gym with me.

I have not used all of the functions of the Smartwatch yet but from what I have experienced it is a nice, well designed device. I use it mostly as a stop watch and sometimes answer calls directly from it.

This watch is really handy when someone is calling. You can quickly glance at your watch to see who is calling and if you want to answer or not. I didnt care too much for the camera, saving me $100. This watch does everything the one with the camera does. Definitely recommend it.

Love the apps you can put on it. Very useful in alot of ways. You can see all of your notifications from calendar to texts to emails. Call quality is poor but i dont use it at all so i dont mind.

I choose this to go with my Samsung phone. Overall, it seems like a great product, but it is really bulky. Not something for a woman's wrist at all.

It does the job every time! Just perfect for my job which doesn't like the use of cellphones. The only thing I would love to have seen as an improvement is the volume level which is slightly low.

This is a terrific watch for the price. Was purchased as a promotional item. I love the fact that it is compatible with almost any phone. Would definitely purchase again.

Love my gear, easy to set up. Love everything about. Fits wonderfully on my wrist coming from a female i was hesitant but after receiving it I can't complain. Goes everywhere with me. Easy while driving. I get all my notifications on watch without having to take phone out.

This Samsung device is amazing and compliments my Note 4 in every way and angle. I use it as a productivity device and it truly helps with making quick memos and controlling music on my wrist instead of taking my phone out. It simplifies my actions absolutely.

I was planning to get a different smart watch and I'm so happy I did not, because when I find out about this one I felt in love right away. I got it over a month ago and I love it. Has so many features and for the price paid could not find something better...
