Samsung is reputable and I love mostly all of their products I just didn't see this watch as the real phone companion. First the watch looks OK but it drains your phone battery because of the constant Bluetooth connectivity.Second its easy to pair and set up but I found myself resetting the watch because the gear apps would not install correctly after a week I found no real productivity use in the watch except to tell time and check my notifications which is just as easy as looking at my phone anyway! Samsung needs to be more intuitive in detail and make the watch stand out, better look and of course better operating form factor between watch and phone ingenuity! I would do my research before buying this is my opinion.

This was a gift for my wife and she wears it during her shift at work and the battery life does not makes it through a 5 hours. I'm not sure I can return it b/c it's been over a month. I'll try.

I bought my Geae 2 Neo on Black Friday and LUV LUV LUV it the price was exceptional for a piece like this.... the watch was super easy to sync to my galaxy4 I luv the talk and text features offered I also luv the notifications being so handy except when I'm in my down time and both my phone and watch are going crazy good thing is you can easily turn the notifications off. The trackers work very well and are seemingly accurate. I wish it had a camera. Now for reason I didn't give it a 5 star I don't like the size of the face its really large if you have a small wrist I find it a bit uncomfortable as the face kinda rest on the bone of my wrist but other than that its a 5 star all the way

Bought as a gift for my son and it did not work for him. Best Buy refused to take it back. After contacting several people at Best Buy I was told there was nothing they could do. I have cut up my Best Buy card and will NEVER shop there again.
