Although this is not mentioned in the Best Buy listing, Geo confirms that this laptop is covered by a 12-month warranty and that warranty service is handled by Best Buy, which is another plus.

I then turned it in and it was automatically stuck in a boot loop. It has to be returned and I’m beyond disappointed.

She is already having problems with the keys after one month. She feels like the computer is slow. It gets dirty very easy. She just overall does not like this computer.

However you can purchase Minecraft for the GeoBook 240 through the Microsoft Store. Not Working Out of the Box!

Powered ON, right out of the box, & it said there was an error with the Windows 10 Bluescreen. Had Reboot or Advanced Options... After 5 Reboot attempts, I chose Advance Options & Selected Reset This PC.... 40 mins later it said it Failed To install Windows, click OK to restart Installation. I Googled a bit & created a Media Creation Tool but found no way to have the Laptop see it. Returning to the store, but will probably have to pay some Restocking Fee for something broken out of the Box.. No More BestBuy for me, unless they make this right.

Backlight bleeding, poor audio, unknown brand

I replaced to of them and they all came with backlight issues. Sound is tinny and low. Outer case is finished with a rubberized coat that are the one that tends to get gooey with time. I don't recommend it.
