It initially would not boot into Windoze and after 8 hours of troubleshooting, doing everything I know how to do using the tools built in (resetting, reinstalling Win10 from the internal source, and more), it still would not load and run Windows. I bought a BRICK! It's going back to Best Buy today. Total waste of my time.

Great for traveling, nice to replace an older laptop that was too cumbersome and getting up there in age. My only complaint and I'm not even removing a star for it, is that the space bar is a little iffy on it's response.

I was told It would be an excellent option for game computer. Almost every game i download from the app store so far has had an issue why it was not going to work. I cant download much. Warnings like not enough space when we only have two other games. Every game my son was hoping for can not be found for this computer. RUNS VERY SLOW. Always wants to be restarted or updated.

It sounded like Charlie Browns teacher. I couldn't even get past the setup process. On another note the color was vibrant, and it was sent promptly.
